We must eat healthily everyday and also watch our diet. Do not eat things that are full of fats and sugar,which may do our body and organs harm.

We must believe in our religion. Be it christian, muslim, buddhist etc, all religion teaches us to be good and god-fearing. Being god-fearing, make us realize and reflect on the teachings of how we can treat our neighbours well.

It is about aiming for higher grades and working hard to achieve them. We must give our best in both academic and co-curricular activities.

Integrity is about being honest and responsible for your wrong doings. Do the right things even when no one is watching you. Not to steal and arrive in school on time regularly.

-Love-
Love is about being kind and caring, not being boastful or proud but its about accepting each other no matter what kind of person he or she is.

Once upon a time, there was a girl named Lucy. She could never get along with her mother-in-law, she would criticised her and they would start fighting and arguing again. Lucy could not tolerate her any longer so she went to the doctor to ask for poison to kill her mother-in-law. After the doctor gave it some thought, he then went to the back room and came out with a packet of green pills. He told her that if she killed her straight a way it would be too suspicious but the pills he gave will have a slow effect, during that duration he advised her to treat her mother-in-law with care and be more friendly to her. Lucy listened to his advise and hurried home to star her plot.After some time, Lucy realised that her mother-in-law wasn't that bad at all she actually treated her as her real mother so she went back to the doctor to seek help again."Doctor, i realised that my mother-in-law is such a nice lady, i love her as like my own mother i don't want her to die because of the poison!"But the doctor just smiled and explained that the pills weren't poison but vitamins to improve her health. The poison in Lucy's mind changed her attitude towards her that has been cleared by the love and care she gave her.
